These General Conditions of Sale regulate the purchases of products and services, made remotely by the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") through the internet on the website (hereinafter referred to as "") belonging to Wellstore Srl (hereinafter referred to as "Wellstore") with registered office in Via Italia 50, Monza, VAT number and Tax Code 05907450968 and registered in the Business Register no. MB-2545062


    The contract stipulated between Wellstore and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Wellstore. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to be of age and to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general conditions of sale and payment transcribed below in the points 1, 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13.

    If the Customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure has been completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale.

    Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.


    The Customer can only purchase the products present in the electronic catalog at the time of placing the order and viewable online at (URL), as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ in color, size, accessory products in the figure. All purchase support information is intended as a simple generic information material.

    Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Wellstore by means of an e-mail reply, automatically sent to the e-mail address supplied by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the date and time of execution of the order and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used in any further communication with Wellstore. The message re-proposes the items ordered, shipping costs, any additional costs, discounts applied and all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify their correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document.

    In case of non-acceptance of the order, Wellstore guarantees timely communication to the Customer.

    All prices on the site are to be understood as retail prices and, therefore, inclusive of VAT. Wellstore reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice.


    Credit card (Stripe) / PayPal

    In cases of purchase of goods with a credit card or PayPal account payment method, at the same time as the online transaction is concluded, the reference bank will authorize the amount relating to the purchase made.

    In the event of total or partial cancellation of the order, either by the Customer or in the event of non-acceptance of the same by Wellstore, Wellstore will simultaneously request the cancellation of the transaction and the reversal of the amount charged. Once the transaction has been canceled, in no event Wellstore can be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by the banking system.

    Wellstore reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer (eg landline telephone number) or to send copies of documents proving ownership of the Card used. In the absence of the required documentation, Wellstore reserves the right not to accept the order.

    At no time during the purchase process is Wellstore able to know the information relating to the buyer's credit card or PayPal account details. No Wellstore computer archive will keep such data. Under no circumstances can Wellstore be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit cards by third parties, upon payment for products purchased on the Wellstore webstore.

    Cash on delivery

    Cash on delivery payment is available only for some items and orders, where it is expressly indicated.

    Payment must be paid exclusively in cash to the courier who will make the delivery. It will be the Customer's responsibility to arrange the exact sum indicated. The courier is not required to dispose of the rest.

    We do not accept in any case payments by bank checks, cashier's checks or postal orders and in any case different from cash.

    In the event of large amounts or bulky goods, Wellstore reserves the right to request an advance of the amount by bank transfer as a security.

    Advance Bank Transfer

    In case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the order can be considered confirmed only when the amount due is actually credited to the Wellstore current account which must take place within 7 (seven) working days from the date of the order. Beyond these deadlines, the order will be automatically canceled.

    Until the credit has been received, the order placed does not constitute a reservation of the selected items. The purchased goods will be processed (if available), only after the full amount has been credited.

    The purpose of the bank transfer must necessarily include:

    • Order number
    • Name and surname of the order holder

    The bank charges incurred for the transfer are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

    If the products are no longer available due to out of stock, Wellstore will re-credit the amount to the Customer's current account as soon as possible without any expense for the same.

    Installment purchases

    In case of payment in installments, the order will be processed only at the end of the financing procedure which must be completed in all its parts, with formal communication by the finance company, within 12 working days from the date of the order. Beyond this deadline, the order will be considered automatically canceled, whatever the progress of the practice.

    The Customer, when ordering and where possible based on the product and the total amount, can choose the company with which to request payment in installments: CMS Page Link or CMS Page Link .

    Before proceeding with the loan request, on the financial payment page, the Customer will be able to view in detail all the details and costs based on the number of installments desired and decide whether to accept the quote by completing the data or choose another system payment by returning to the Wellstore website.

    During the progress of the loan request procedure, the order placed by the Customer does not in any way constitute the reservation of the goods, the goods will not be reserved, and will be subject to actual availability at the time of the final approval of the houses. If they are no longer available, the loan will not be activated, without any expense for the Customer.

    The granting of the loan and the completion of the order are subject to prior approval by the finance company.

    The transaction always takes place in secure mode, on the financial site with SSL encryption to ensure the adequate level of confidentiality of the information sent. The data are provided directly to the financial company and for no reason will be made available to others.

    Loans can be requested, for purchases on, by a private consumer, for a minimum amount of € 250 (VAT included) and for a maximum of € 15,000 (VAT included) if Soisy is chosen.

    The form of payment by installments is not available on all items in the catalog and can only be used by end consumers with a bank or postal current account. The possibility of this form of payment is clearly highlighted in the description of the specific article.


    The customer can purchase the products on at the time of sending the order. The images and technical data accompanying a product sheet may not be complete and exhaustive of its own characteristics but different for example for: (weight, color etc ...). As the images and technical characteristics of the products are provided by partners and / or suppliers, Wellstore declines all responsibility for their content.

    The indicated availability of the displayed product is purely indicative, given the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by multiple users. For this reason Wellstore reserves the right, once the order has been received, to check the availability of the existing goods in its warehouse or at the suppliers' warehouse and, failing that, to communicate any updated delivery forecasts. The Customer may request the cancellation of the order, even partial, and the return of the corresponding amount if already paid.


    Wellstore can only accept orders for delivery in Europe. However, delivery to the towns of Livigno and Campione d'Italia is excluded.

    Wellstore does not ship to Mail Boxes and to companies that provide domiciliation services

    Transport costs are borne by Wellstore for amounts exceeding 150 (one hundred and fifty) euros, except:

    • Any extra supplements for excessively bulky and / or heavy goods explicitly highlighted at the time the order is placed.
    • Any storage and transport costs incurred in the event of failure to collect the goods.
    • Any costs for delivery to disadvantaged locations (smaller islands, Venice).
    • Any costs for delivery to the floors

    For amounts of less than 185 (one hundred and eighty five) euros Wellstore requires a contribution for the transport costs equal clearly indicated before the conclusion of the order confirmed by the Customer.

    No responsibility can be attributed to Wellstore in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.

    The delivery of what is ordered means at street level.

    It is possible to request delivery to the upper floors where possible, by requesting the additional service from Wellstore before the goods are dispatched, which will entail an additional cost agreed in advance.
    The delivery service to the floors is possible only if the essential conditions exist to perform the service and subject to the approval of the transporter.

    Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that:

    • the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport documents
    • the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered.

    Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately reported, adding the words "RECEIVED WITH RESERVE OF CONTROL" AND SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVE, eg. "laundry package", "crushed package", "open package" etc.) on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered (Article 1698 of the Civil Code).
    Any anomaly must then be communicated within eight days by writing to, indicating all the references of the order, a copy of the waybill signed with reservation and photographic documentation of the damage;

    Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 8 days of delivery, according to the procedures set out in this document.

    In the event that the customer does not collect the ordered goods in storage at the courier's warehouses within 5 (five) working days due to the repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order, the goods ordered will be returned at Wellstore warehouses and the transport costs incurred will be charged.

    The payment of the goods by the Customer will take place using the method chosen at the time of the order.

    Orders for amounts of less than 10 (ten) euros are not accepted.


    All orders are binding and can be canceled only and exclusively if the goods have not yet been sent by, by writing to For orders already processed, the customer must exercise the right of withdrawal.


    Pursuant to the Consumer Code which regulates distance sales (Legislative Decree 206/2015), if the customer is a "consumer" (ie a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not carry out the purchase by indicating a reference to the VAT number in the order form to Wellstore), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without any penalty. In addition to the rights deriving from the law, the products purchased on, if not purchased through installment financing, can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery (with the exception of the products listed in point 8.8, for which the right of withdrawal it is excluded from the law.

    By law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer;

    The shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in the Wellstore warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;

    By law, the initial standard shipping costs incurred to receive the product will also be returned, with the exception of products for which withdrawal is requested beyond 14 days of receipt.

    Additional costs highlighted and accepted by the Customer will not be reimbursed at the time of completing the order (transport to the floor, assembly service, telephone appointment, surcharge for bulky goods, etc.)

    In the case of rewards operations (so-called promotions) or coupled promotional sales, in which the purchase of an asset is combined with another asset that is sold at a reduced price or even given as a gift, or contributes to an additional discount ( savings packages, bundle) the right of withdrawal will be legitimately exercised with the return of both goods purchased and / or with the simultaneous cancellation of the discount / purchase coupon issued (hereinafter "coupon"), given the constraint of the accessibility of the asset in promotion or the voucher compared to the first.

    The products must be returned within 14 days from the day on which the customer communicated the exercise of the right of withdrawal, substantially intact and functioning, in their original packaging, complete with all its parts and accessories (including any guarantees, instructions, licenses of use, cables, etc ...), without any lack kept and possibly used according to normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt.

    The right of withdrawal can be exercised in relation to the purchase of any product on, with the exception of:

    • made-to-measure items, handcrafted items made to order or clearly personalized or which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,
    • sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery or in the case of products that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other goods,
    • it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (eg: accessories, attached software, etc ...),

    Wellstore may withhold from the refund an amount corresponding to the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same. For example:

    • the use of the asset that has compromised its integrity or the use of any consumable material.
    • the lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
    • the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);
    • Sealed packs / open blister packs.
    • damage to the product.
    • Obvious signs of wear or assembly.

    Wellstore will make the refund within 14 days of exercising the right of withdrawal. the refund could be withheld beyond 14 days only until the consumer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods or until they have been received by us, depending on which situation occurs first. The refund will be made with the same methods used by the Customer for the purchase or, by bank transfer, credit card cancellation, PayPal refund. In the case of orders for which a loan has been provided, the reimbursement will be made directly by the finance company.

    For each order Wellstore issues a receipt or invoice if explicitly requested when completing the order. Pursuant to Article 14 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004, the invoice or receipt will be generated after the confirmation of the order and the relative payment.

    For the issuance of the invoice / receipt, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid.

    No change in the invoice / receipt will be possible after its issue.

    In the case of orders processed in multiple shipments, multiple invoices or separate receipts may be generated, linked to each shipment.


    The personal data requested when placing the order are collected and processed in order to satisfy the express requests of the Customer and will in no case and for any reason be transferred to third parties. Wellstore guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code referred to in Legislative Decree 196 of 30.06.03.

    The data controller is Wellstore Srl in the person of its legal representative, Via Vittorio Emanuele II, 1, Monza (MB).

    The Customer, at any time, has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data with written communication to be sent to the Wellstore registered office.

    The Customer, who declares to have received the information pursuant to art. 13 and on the rights due to the same, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, has the right to access their data in the manner provided therein.

    Marketing communications will be sent only with the explicit consent of the Customer issued together with the authorization for processing and sending in the online registration form.

    The sales contract between the customer and Wellstore is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference forum of his town of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Milan.

    Wellstore informs the user who holds the status of consumer pursuant to art. 3, paragraph 1, lett. a) of the Consumer Code that a European platform has been established for the online resolution of consumer disputes (so-called ODR platform). The ODR platform can be consulted at the following address ; through the ODR platform, the consumer user will be able to consult the list of ADR bodies, find the link to the site of each of them and start an online resolution procedure, in a non-judicial way, for the resolution of any dispute arising from the contract online stipulated on this site.
